Fit Kit will now be at the Hub, Canal Road. It is free to members of the hub who already pay a day charge, but for others they can also join in for £3 or £10 for 5 sessions bookended in advance. For more information see their FLYER visit the Affinity Trust website.
The outdoor gym is a great new facility, and also has equipment suitable for wheelchair users. It is located on Yazor Brook park, just off the cycle path between Moor Farm Lane and Grandstand Road. There is also another outdoor gym in Tudorville, Ross on Wye. Both open any day, and any time and FREE!
Shirley Goodwin Jones is offering a beginners gym course at the Rose Gardens, Ledbury Road. This starts on Monday 2 February 2015. Places are limited, and you need to book.
Kris of wheely good fitness has changed venues due to the redevelopment of Halo Leisure Centre, and he offers different classes and levels.
If you want to see the class, you can check his website. The wheelfit aerobics can also be done seated on a chair.
Wheelchair spin uses specially designed rollers, and is run in the same manner as a traditional spin class.
Also attached are the details from cycling projects who offer cycling for people of all abilities. There will be a wide range of adapted cycles to suit all abilities, and is supported by skilled & experienced staff.
