NHS Herefordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are seeking your views on the CCGs plans to engage on what local community health and care services could look like and how people can get involved.
How can I get involved?
The CCG will be holding a series of countywide public engagement events throughout the summer into September 2017.

If you would like to be involved in the community services engagement, but can’t attend one of our public meetings there are still a number of ways to get involved and stay informed:
