Are you the parent of a child (aged 0-24 years old) who needs additional help, has a disability, health needs or an EHCP (Education and Health Care Plan)?
Parent Carer Voice meetings are where parent carers get together to help shape services for our children, often meeting directly with professionals who provide services.
Meetings where you can raise and share issues affecting you and your children are held every two months, with smaller focus groups to cover specific topics held in between. The group is often used by professionals to introduce new ideas, and make sure services on offer are what our children need.
In order to make sure services meet the needs of all children with additional needs we need a wide range of parent carers willing to share their experiences and help fight for the services they deserve.
Please join us, each meeting includes lunch, there is no obligation to attend every meeting.
