Q. Can I book a holiday on the database through HCS?
A. No, any booking is made directly with the service provider. We are just offering an information service.

Q. Do you pass on my details to any other organisations?
A. No, we do not pass on your details to any other organisation.

Q. How accurate is the information?
A. All the information of the database is given in good faith and has been verified with the service provider. However, there will be occasions when services may change and we have not been notified. It is important that you check that any holiday, break or trip is suitable for your needs prior to booking.

Q. If I give feedback will my name be published?
A. If you have visited any of the places listed we would welcome your comments about your experiences as that will be a real help to other uses and we will not publish your name. However, in the interests of impartiality we may contact the service provider for their response in the event of negative comments. Also all comments will be monitored before publication and may be edited.
